Salient CRGT’s Human Resources (HR) team was struggling to effectively communicate health care benefits information to its large—and growing—employee
base.  With employees spread across 230 U.S. locations and more than a dozen foreign territories, the HR team needed to explore tactics to effectively engage a
dispersed population. Adding to this challenge, many Salient CRGT employees work offsite at customer offices and are unable to access company information during
standard work hours.
