National Energy Company Actively Engages Employees for Better Benefits Experience
The company utilized DirectPath’s Benefits Educators to provide confidential, one-on-one conversations to help employees maneuver health care complexities during open enrollment. The educators also provided information on the company’s supplemental benefits, critical illness, and whole life. Sixty-seven percent of those who met with an educator purchased one or more voluntary benefits. Eighty-one percent acquired the critical illness policy, while 41% selected the whole life plan.
