The HR team wanted to make some changes to the benefits administration system, change their benefits offerings by adding a new High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account and Limited-Purpose Flexible Spending Account option, expand their life insurance coverage, and add several new voluntary policies.
To educate and engage its diverse workforce on the benefits offerings, the HR team established three primary goals:
• Improve employee understanding of their health benefits options
• Increase enrollment in the new High Deductible Health Plan
• Drive enrollment in voluntary benefits
