DirectPath Named A Best Place to Work in Birmingham

DirectPath, the industry leader in employee health care engagement and compliance, today announced that it was selected as one of the Top 10 Best Places to Work by the Birmingham Business Journal.

For the past 11 years, the Birmingham Business Journal has been honoring local businesses that have shown a strong commitment to creating a positive work environment that fosters the respect, comfort and engagement of its employees. The Birmingham Business Journal teamed up with Quantum Workplace to survey employees at nominated companies from across the state through a secure website, posing questions designed to measure the companies’ teamwork, leadership, benefits and work engagement. The combined scores determined the top companies and final ranking.

IMG_0687DirectPath, which is a result of Enrollment Advisors’ merger with HighRoads’ employer technology division, was recognized for its dedication to keeping employees motivated through a healthy mix of work and fun. From team dinners and baseball games to dog-friendly offices and company cook-offs, DirectPath has built a vibrant community that employees look forward to coming to every day.

“We’ve worked hard to create a culture that rewards how our employees treat and assist each other in working towards a common goal,” said Bart Yancey, DirectPath CEO. “We’re honored to be recognized for making sure our employees have a great place to work, and we look forward to setting the bar even higher.”

The rankings can be found in today’s issue of Birmingham Business Journal, and the ranked companies were recognized at a special awards ceremony on May 12, 2016.
